What is Chqmate?
Chqmate is an application that enables you to split cheques amongst friends
in a digitally convenient method. The application provides a process that
allows you to cover the entire bill, select specific items or equally split the
cost of shared items. Your individual total will be calculated including tax and tip, in an attempt to guarantee that you pay only your share
How does the loyalty program work?
The loyalty program is a collaborative rewarding system developed by
Chqmate and the registered spots/vendors. Utilizing your in-app activity,
Chqmate will be able to define your preferences and secure suitable gifts
from your favorite spots. The more you settle cheques from your preferred
spots, the more gifts the program will offer you.
How do I get gifts?
Gifts are automatically added to your account and featured on your home
page for your most convenient usage.
What is the refund policy?
In the case of a refund request, it must be communicated to Chqmate via email on support@chqmate.app . Once the request is received, a dedicated team will look into it for review and approval/refusal. After the approval, a refund of the requested amount will be issued to the same credit/debit card used for the original payment, subject to the following:

The request was made for the last payment.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Chqmate will NOT deal or provide any services or products to anyOFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanction countries inaccordance with the law of Egypt.

The request was made within 48 working hours from the paymentdate
What happens to my submitted credit card information?
All credit/debit cards details and personal identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
